Please allow me to share my story and experiences with you about Spokane real estate. Now, I am a part of the city and am happy that I decided to invest in the Spokane real estate.
After retiring from the U.S. Navy 5 years ago, my wife and I decided to pursue our long term vision of having our dream home. Spending my service years in various locations including San Diego, California, we had been saving up to build a house of our own. Deciding on the best location of our new house was quite a dilemma. After months of scouting, we made up our mind and with the help of listing agents and realtors to purchase a property in Spokane, Washington. And now we are living out our golden years in own house in the remarkable city of Spokane.
Located in north-eastern territory of Washington, at the core of the Inland Northwest the city of Spokane is the 2nd largest city of Washington state. A cultural and financial capital of the region, in recent years, Spokane real estates attracted thousands of buyers to purchase their homes here. If you are lucky, you can find reasonable deals on real estate in this part of the country, with the help of numerous realtors and real estate marketing professionals.
There are over 400,000 residents in Spokane at present, in an assortment of neighbourhoods, a majority of Victorian era styled houses as well as a fair number of modern homes. People from every stage social stature are to be seen in Spokane, and they couldn’t be any friendlier!
Living in Spokane, who says retired life is boring. There’s just so much to do. The city’s huge parks, museums, art galleries and cultural events all around the year represents the city’s rich heritage and the quality of life of the people who live here. Known as the “Lilac City”, it got its name from the widespread bloom of the flower all year around, at Spokane. A nature lover’s dreamland, Spokane holds a manifest of scenic beauty and environment. Delimited by the beautiful Spokane River and sheltered for by the Rocky Mountain terrains to the north along with succulent green forests makes living in Spokane, heaven on earth. Along with natural magnificence, Spokane also has to offer a range of activities for you to do. Hiking, Mountain Climbing, Cycling the rocky terrains, skiing in the cold fronts, off-roading, or if you are my kind of person, Spokane is an excellent place for Golf. The challenging slopes are nice way to spend some quality time on the weekends.
My grandchildren come over to visit every summer and that’s when I realize that Spokane is an exceptional place to raise children.
Spokane gets sunshine 265 days a year, and summers are warm and comforting. In the winter, Spokane receives about 40 inches of snowfall and temperatures fairly cold.
So visit Spokane and experience nature at its best, and why you should consider living here.
