Paganella, Italy: Skiing Just Got A Lift

On the slopes of Fai della Paganella, there is the 3-Tre where champions such as Zeno Colò and Celina Seghi performed impressive skiing feats. And, as a future ski champ, you studied the ski conditions of Paganella. The altitude ranges from 1,040 to 2,125 meters. The total length of all ski trails is about 50 kilometers and there are several ways to reach the starting points. There is one button lift, 3 gondola lifts, and 16 two-seater chair lifts.
Lugging two big bags, you head towards your ski apartment. But, as you were heading towards your accommodations, your path is blocked by a woman, who you believe is not dressed suitably for the cold temperatures. Excuse me, can you help me? She speaks your language and that is the only reason that you stopped. My vacation here is kinda last minute, she began to explain, I'd appreciate it if you can point me towards the general direction where vacant rooms are still available. You gave your head a mental shake. What sane person would go on a holiday without booking a room first?
You told her that there are several ski hotels around Paganella. These hotels are managed by locals. All of them are comfortable and elegant because most are recently built. Some hotel packages include breakfasts. There are also private parking areas. She cleared her throat to interrupt your dissertation of hotels. I already tried hotels, she said patiently. You paused, almost embarrassed. It's a good thing that you remembered the existence of ski apartments. Ski apartments are nice because they usually include a cooking area, a living room, and even a dishwasher. There are three types of ski apartments, the quadrillo (3 bedrooms), the trilo (2 bedrooms), and the bilo (one bedroom). She thanked you for the information and headed towards a ski apartment.
The remaining day passed by with no other unusual events. You were lucky to have a winter card because you benefited from hotel discounts. As you leave your ski hotel, you remembered her again. She looks out of place in the Fai della Paganella Ski Resort. Her clothes are inappropriate for the weather. She obviously lacked knowledge about the place. And you didn't see the usual bulky bag that contains the ski gear with her. She needs rescuing. But you believed that she will be alright. This is a relatively small town and the locals are friendly. Hi, can I ski with you? Her musical voice startled you. She was now dressed in ski gear, with jacket, boots, and gloves. Her helmet is hanging from one hand and her other hand held two skis.
Are you stalking me? You teased her. You were surprised when she said yes. She is still a beginner and it would be nice if someone would be with her. Your dream of becoming a ski champion briefly crossed you mind. But you heard yourself saying, let's begin with bunny slopes do you at least know the tip and the tail of your skis? She laughed and she assured you that she did know those parts of the ski.
You spent the next several hours teaching her how to ski. You emphasized the importance of angulations. Angulations may reduce the possibility of crash landings and overshoots. She appeared to be a good student. But she told you that she is actually more interested in exploring the village and take pictures of the snow-capped mountains and the Adamello-Brenta Nature Park. But why are you really here? You can't help but ask. She shrugged. I was assigned to scout locations for the next World Cup.
